5. Payments

Most projects start with an advance payment and end with final payment on delivery. Monthly services are billed according to the agreed period.

6. Intellectual property

Client-specific materials may be used by the client after payment. ADS Moldova may present the work in its portfolio unless restricted in writing.

7. Revisions

Included revisions are defined in the offer. Major changes after approval may be estimated separately.

8. Warranties and liability

We guarantee delivery according to the accepted offer. We do not guarantee exact commercial outcomes because results depend on market, budget, offer, competition and user behavior.

9. Cancellation and refunds

A project may be stopped by written notice. Work already completed and confirmed external costs remain payable. Requests for service cancellation and payment refunds are reviewed and processed by the ADS Moldova operator, IDNO 1026023042507, according to the contractual terms and applicable refund policy.

10. Privacy and data

Client business information is treated confidentially. Personal data is managed according to the Privacy Policy published on the website.
